1) Service Area: Hong Kong Island side or Kowloon side urban area.

2) Tunnel tolls, bridge tolls & parking Fee are excluded from the price.

3) Guide service is available upon request.

4) Service time: Exceed 15mins will be charged for half an hour; exceed 30mins will be charge for one hour.

5) Service Hour is from 08:15-19:45.

6) Non-Service Hour Surcharge: Additional charge at HK$220 per/service.

7) **Additional charge will be applied for service exceed 3 hours. Charge based on per vehicle type per hour. Kindly contact us for further details.**

8) Please contact our customer service officers in minimum TWO (2) FULL working day (Exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) in advance on arrangements.

9) All modifications should be made through our company. Any subsequent changes are subject to an administrative fee plus any other applicable cancellation fee; such fees are due immediately when the amendment request is made.
